Teeth and Gum Defence Listerine® Mouthwash contains fluoride to help keep your teeth stronger for longer, but also helps to fight mild infections of the mouth and throat, as well as associated bad breath. It protects against the germs that cause bad breath and plaque for a cleaner, healthier mouth.
2. How should Teeth and Gum Defence Listerine® Mouthwash be used?
Brush twice every day. After each brushing session, use 20 ml (approximately 3/4 capful) to rinse your teeth and gums. Gargle for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Do not dilute. Excess fluoride intake can be harmful.
