Rinsing for Whiter Teeth

For whiter teeth in 2 weeks You know that a smile makes (or breaks) an impactful first impression. And as such, you take proactive steps to keep your smile bright for everything from first-date encounters, professional meetings and conferences, and shining through on nights out on the town. And you also take time to care for your mouth and keep it healthy. By modifying your rinse routine slightly in the ways outlined below, and using the LISTERINE® Advanced White rinse you can put the emphasis of your rinse on helping to make your teeth whiter.

STEP 1: Pour 10ml (2 teaspoons) of LISTERINE® ADVANCED WHITE rinse into a cup.

STEP 2: Without diluting the solution with water, empty the contents into your mouth.

STEP 3: Swish for a little longer, a full 60 seconds (try counting to 60 in your head, or using a stopwatch). Don’t worry if you can’t get to 60 seconds the first time—it gets easier each time you try.

STEP 4: During rinsing, swish in your mouth.

STEP 5: Spit the solution out in the basin.

Visual tip: Try drinking coffee and other liquids that may stain teeth, such as iced tea, with a straw whenever possible. This way, the liquid doesn’t go near the front surfaces of your teeth.
